Baton twirling is a sport that combines the art of dance, the flexibility of gymnastics and the skill of twirling into one activity. While marching in parades is one aspect, baton twirling also includes recreational and competitive programs as well as national coaches and judges certification programs.
Our provincial organization, BTABC, strives to encourage and develop the highest proficiency in baton twirling through the development and continued support of our recreational and competitive programs. Baton twirling is open to boys and girls of all ages and offers many opportunities for members to be involved both at the recreational and competitive levels. BTABC offers instruction at all levels by nationally certified coaches throughout the province through various clubs/affiliations and recreational centers.
